The Getty Fire: As seen from the tower


Last Friday afternoon, a brush fire in the Sepulveda Pass area north of Los Angeles severely snarled traffic, threatened the Getty Center, and forced an evacuation of the museum. The fire consumed about 90 acres, and was mostly contained in a matter of hours.
