I loved that even after KNX announced that it was a launch, over 2000 people called in to ask if we were being invaded by aliens.

Did LAX have to hold departures while the launch was happening?
ReplyDeleteNot normally - while we can see it from the tower once it's airborne, we are far enough away that it doesn't usually have any effect on our operation.
