We had some rain today, and the skies always look nice afterwards. From these shots, it would appear that the proverbial pot of gold at the end of a rainbow is either downtown LA or the Fedex ramp!
I was in Torrance about 1300 and saw a huge bolt of lightning, but heard no thunder. Then I got home and the sky got dark and there was rumbling. My daughter works at NG in Redondo and said it was pouring. We are 5 minutes from her and it took 1/2 hour to get to us. Didn't see the rainbow here, looks wonderful.
We flew home from LAS-LAX last Dec and landed with a double rainbow following us all the way from ONT in. I love rainbows in So Cal.
