Yes, it's been windy of late. This flag marks the top of a construction derrick close to the tower.
Which is kind of ironic since the tower is taller than the derrick.

That is the derrick used in the construction of the CUP, right? At least you lost the far north tower crane working on Bradley West
ReplyDeleteWe just had a China Airlines 747 come over the house at about 4K. Took off west to east, had to break the pattern to let her go. I heard these engines roaring and went outside and there she was chugging off to the west. Scared my dog.
